石墨相氮化碳基Z型異質(zhì)結研究進(jìn)展 |

摘 要:石墨相氮化碳因其獨特的帶隙結構、電子性能及化學(xué)穩定性而得到廣泛的研究,而石墨相氮化碳基Z型異質(zhì)結的構建可以拓寬石墨相氮化碳的可見(jiàn)光吸收范圍、抑制電子空穴的復合和提高氧化還原電位,提高光催化性能?偨Y了近年來(lái)石墨相氮化碳基Z型異質(zhì)結的類(lèi)型及制備方法,并對未來(lái)石墨相氮化碳基Z型異質(zhì)結的研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。 |

Progress on Z-Type Heterojunctions of Graphite Phase Carbon Nitride |

Abstract:Graphite phase carbon nitride has been widely studied due to its unique band gap structure, electronic properties and chemical stability. The construction of Z-type heterojunction of graphite phase carbon nitride can broaden the visible absorption range of graphite phase carbon nitride, inhibit electron hole recombination, improve the redox potential, and improve the photocatalytic performance. The types and preparation methods of Z-type heterojunctions based on carbon nitride in graphite phase in recent years were summarized in this paper while the future research directions of graphite carbonitride Z-type heterojunctions were prospected. |
