二苯氯甲烷的制備方法及在藥物合成中的應用 |

| 摘 要：二苯氯甲烷是一種應用前景廣闊的醫藥中間體。綜述了二苯氯甲烷的合成方法，分析比較了光化學(xué)合成法、三光氣合成法、鹽酸氯化合成法三種路線(xiàn)的優(yōu)勢與不足。同時(shí)歸納了二苯氯甲烷在中樞神經(jīng)興奮藥物、組胺H1受體拮抗劑、新型組蛋白去乙�；敢种苿┧幬锖铣芍械膽矛F狀，對二苯氯甲烷在藥物設計及合成領(lǐng)域具有借鑒意義。 |

| The Preparation of Chlorodiphenylmethane and Its Application in Drug Synthesis |

| Abstract：Chlorodiphenylmethane is an active pharmaceutical intermediate with strong application prospects. In this paper, the synthesis methods of chlorodiphenylmethane were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of methods including photochemical synthesis, triphosgene synthesis and hydrochloric acid chlorination synthesis were analyzed and compared. The application status of chlorodiphenylmethane in the synthesis of central nervous stimulants, histamine H1 receptor antagonists, novel histone deacetylase inhibitors drug synthesis were also summarized with reference significance for chlorodiphenylmethane in the field of drug synthesis. |
