溴蟲(chóng)氟苯雙酰胺（Broflanilide）的合成與生物活性 |

| 摘 要：以2-氟-3-硝基苯甲酸為原料，經(jīng)5步反應合成了溴蟲(chóng)氟苯雙酰胺（Broflanilide），并經(jīng)質(zhì)譜、核磁和熔點(diǎn)等確證了其結構。室內測定了溴蟲(chóng)氟苯雙酰胺對蠶豆蚜蟲(chóng)（Aphis fabae）和粘蟲(chóng)（Mythimna separata）的生物活性，結果表明溴蟲(chóng)氟苯雙酰胺對蠶豆蚜蟲(chóng)的LC50為0.15 mg·L-1，對粘蟲(chóng)的LC50為0.64 mg·L-1。溴蟲(chóng)氟苯雙酰胺兼具刺吸口器害蟲(chóng)蚜蟲(chóng)和咀嚼口器害蟲(chóng)粘蟲(chóng)高活性。 |

| Abstract：Broflanilide was synthesized from 2-fluoro-3-nitrobenzoic acid by five steps, and its structure was confirmed by MS, NMR and melting point, etc. The bioassay of Broflanilide against Aphis fabae and Mythimna separata was carried out in laboratory. The results showed that the LC50 of Broflanilide against Aphis fabae was 0.15 mg·L-1 and that against Mythimna separata was 0.64 mg·L-1. Broflanilide have high activities against both the sucking mouthparts pest Aphis fabae and chewing mouthparts pest Mythimna separata. |
