| Abstract：The economic and technical factors in developing PP composite paper were discussed in terms of national and external forecasting, the actualing of engineering technique, environment protection, estimation of investment and economic technical evaluation. It was proposed that improving the material of paper and combining the traditional with the composite material paper would be beneficial. |
