GC法測定鹽酸他噴他多原料藥中有機溶劑的殘留量 |

| 摘 要：采用頂空氣相色譜法，以Agilent DB-624毛細管柱為色譜柱，FID檢測器，程序升溫，頂空進(jìn)樣，建立了一種同時(shí)測定鹽酸他噴他多原料藥中甲醇、丙酮、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、四氫呋喃、三乙胺和N，N-二甲基甲酰胺七種有機溶劑殘留量的方法。結果表明七種待測有機殘留溶劑均完全分離，空白溶劑無(wú)干擾。該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單，準確度高，靈敏度好，適用于鹽酸他噴他多原料藥中七種有機溶劑殘留的同時(shí)測定。 |

| Headspace Gas Chromatography Determination of Residual Organic Solvent in Ibudilast |

| Abstract：Using headspace gas chromatography, using Agilent DB-624 capillary column as the chromatographic column, FID detector, temperature programming, and headspace sampling, a simultaneous determination of methanol, acetone, acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, triethylamine and N,N-dimethylformamide 7 kinds of residual organic solvent method. The experimental results show that the seven organic solvents to be tested are completely separated, and the blank solvent has no interference. The method is simple to operate, has high accuracy, and good sensitivity. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of seven organic solvents in tapentadol hydrochloride API. |
