| 摘 要：2-氯苯基二苯氯甲烷是應用較廣的有機合成中間體。綜述了以2-氯苯甲酸甲酯、2-氯三氯甲苯、2-氯苯基二苯甲醇為原料制備2-氯苯基二苯氯甲烷的三種合成方法，并介紹了2-氯苯基二苯氯甲烷在廣譜抗真菌藥、血管緊張素Ⅱ受體拮抗劑、2-氯苯基二苯甲烷酯類(lèi)活性化合物等藥物合成中的應用現狀，展望了其應用前景。 |

| Abstract：2-Chlorotrityl chloride is widely used as an intermediate in organic synthesis. Based on the starting materials, the synthetic methods of 2-chlorotrityl chloride from methyl 2-chlorobenzoate, 2-chlorotrichlorotoluene, 2-chlorophenyldiphenyl methanol were reviewed. Meanwhile, the application status of 2-chlorotrityl chloride in the broad spectrum antifungal agents, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, and the active compounds of 2-chlorotrityl chloride esters drug synthesis were summarized. In the end, the prospect application of 2-chlorotrityl chloride was given. |
