6-氯嘌呤類(lèi)衍生物的合成及其誘導綠豆種子萌發(fā)活性 |

| 摘 要：設計合成了一類(lèi)具有高促生長(cháng)活性和高水溶性的苯胺結構嘌呤類(lèi)化合物12個(gè)，并對目標化合物進(jìn)行了綠豆促萌發(fā)活性測試。目標化合物結構經(jīng)1H NMR、MS確征。促進(jìn)綠豆萌發(fā)活性測試結果表明：該類(lèi)化合物對于促進(jìn)綠豆萌發(fā)有較高活性；化合物3l在10 mg·L-1質(zhì)量濃度下顯示出較好的活性，促發(fā)芽率達到100%，化合物 3a和3c在1 mg·L-1質(zhì)量濃度下的活性也優(yōu)于陽(yáng)性對照6-芐胺基嘌呤（6-BA）�；衔�3l、3a、3c具有促進(jìn)綠豆萌發(fā)的植物生長(cháng)調節劑活性，為進(jìn)一步研發(fā)高活性化合物奠定了基礎。 |

| Synthesis of 6-Chloropurine Derivatives and Its Activity of Germination Induction of Mung Bean |

| Abstract：To develop a purine compound with high growth promoting activity and high water solubility, a class of 12 purine compounds with aniline structure were designed and synthesized, and the target compounds were tested for the germination-promoting activity of mung bean. These target compounds were all characterized by 1H NMR and MS. The testing results of promoting the germination of mung bean showed that this kind of structure had certain activity in promoting the germination of mung bean; compound 3l showed good activity at a mass concentration of 10 mg·L-1 with the germination rate 100%; compounds 3a and 3c had better activity at a mass concentration of 1 mg·L-1 than the positive control 6-BA. As a result, compounds 3l, 3a, 3c had plant growth regulator activity for promoting the germination of mung bean to a certain extent, which laid the foundation for the further development of highly active compounds. |
