印跡材料MIP-PAM/PSA的制備及對氧氟沙星的識別與拆分 |

摘 要:通過(guò)接枝聚合和交聯(lián)印跡過(guò)程同步法,以伯胺樹(shù)脂微球(PSA)為基質(zhì),S-氧氟沙星為模板分子,乙二醇二縮甘油醚(EGDE)為交聯(lián)劑,制備了S-氧氟沙星的表面分子印跡材料MIP-PAM/PSA。研究了分子印跡材料MIP-PAM/PSA對氧氟沙星對映體拆分的可行性。采用FTIR、SEM對PSA和印跡材料的結構、形貌進(jìn)行了表征。結果表明,PSA微球表面出現了印跡空穴,成功制備出了印跡材料MIP-PAM/PSA。等溫結合性能測定表明,印跡材料MIP-PAM/PSA對S-氧氟沙星具有良好的識別選擇性。印跡材料對R-氧氟沙星的分配系數為206.1 mL·g-1,對S-氧氟沙星的分配系數為694.1 mL·g-1,S-氧氟沙星相對于R-氧氟沙星識別選擇性系數為3.37,表現出良好的拆分性能。此外,印跡材料MIP-PAM/PSA具有良好的解吸性能,解吸率達到99.5%。 |

Preparation of MIP-PAM /PSA as Imprinting Material and Its Application in the Identification and Resolution of Ofloxacin |

Abstract:MIP-PAM/PSA, the surface imprinted material of S-ofloxacin, was prepared using primary amine resin microspheres (PSA) as matrix, S-ofloxacin as template molecule and glycol diglycidyl ether (EGDE) as the cross-linking agent through a synchronization process including cross-linking polymerization and imprinting process. Then, the performance of feasibility of MIP-PAM/PSA for the separation of ofloxacin enantiomers was studied. The structure and morphology of PSA and MIP-PAM/PSA were characterized using FTIR, Raman spectroscopy and SEM. The experimental results showed that imprinted holes on the surface of PSA microsphere was obtained. The isothermal binding property testing results showed that MIP-PAM/PSA had good selectivity for S-ofloxacin recognition. The distribution coefficients of R-ofloxacin and S-ofloxacin for the imprinted materials were 206.1 mL·g-1 and 694.1 mL·g-1, respectively. The recognition selectivity coefficient of S-ofloxacin compared to R-ofloxacin was 3.37, showing good resolution performance. In addition, this imprinted material MIP-PAM/PSA had a good desorption performance with a desorption rate of 99.5%. |
