雷尼鎳催化加氫合成1-氨基蒽醌的工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：選用迅凱專(zhuān)用雷尼鎳RaneCAT-1000催化劑，進(jìn)行1-硝基蒽醌加氫制備1-氨基蒽醌的工藝研究，研究了催化劑用量、反應壓力、反應溫度等工藝條件對加氫的影響，得到優(yōu)化工藝條件：50 g 1-硝基蒽醌，200 g N，N-二甲基酰胺，催化劑添加量為硝基物的3%，反應溫度70 ℃，反應壓力2 MPa，反應時(shí)間1 h，轉速1000 r·min-1。優(yōu)化條件下，1-硝基蒽醌的轉化率接近100%，1-氨基蒽醌的選擇性大于97.5%。 |

| Synthesis Technology of 1-Aminoanthraquinone Using Raney Nickel Catalyst |

| Abstract：The preparation of 1-aminoanthraquinone from hydrogenation of 1-nitroanthraquinone using to prepare by adding hydrogen using Rane CAT-1000 as catalystwas studied.The influence of the process conditions including the dosage of catalyst, reaction pressure and reaction temperature etc. on the addition of hydrogen was explored and the related optimized process conditions were obtained. A typical preparation process was as following: Namely, 50 g of 1-nitroanthraquinone, 200 g of DMF(Dimethyl Formamide), the addition amount of catalyst is 3% of the nitro-group compounds, the reaction temperature is 70 ℃, the reaction pressure is 2 MPa, the reaction time is 1 hand the speed is 1000 r·min-1. Under this condition, the conversion rate of 1-nitroanthraquinone is close to 100%, and the selectivity of aminoanthraquinone is greater than 97.5%. |
