苯氧乙醇的純化工藝研究 |

摘 要:以工業(yè)級苯氧乙醇粗品為原料,通過(guò)減壓精餾和大孔吸附劑吸附兩步純化工藝得到主含量純度高(≥99.9%,GC),苯酚含量低(≤5 mg·kg-1,LC)的化妝品用原料苯氧乙醇,兩步收率90%,該制備工藝路線(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單,生產(chǎn)成本低,適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

Purification of Phenoxyethanol for Cosmetics |

Abstract:Using crude phenoxyethanol as the raw material, through a two-step purification process including vacuum rectification and macroporous adsorbent adsorption, the phenoxyethanol for cosmetics a purity of 99.9% and limited phenol of 5 mg·kg-1 was obtained. This preparation process has many advantages including simple operation, low in cost, and suitable for industrial production. |
