4′-羥基聯(lián)苯-4-甲酸合成工藝研究進(jìn)展

摘 要:綜述了以4-羥基聯(lián)苯、4-羥基-4′-氰基聯(lián)苯、4-羧基苯硼酸、4-羥基苯硼酸為原料制備4′-羥基聯(lián)苯-4-甲酸的四種合成方法,對每種合成工藝的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,并介紹了其在構筑有機發(fā)光材料、液晶材料及其中間體、法尼醇X受體拮抗劑等領(lǐng)域合成中的應用,展望了4′-羥基聯(lián)苯-4-甲酸的應用前景。

Abstract:According to the different starting materials, the synthetic methods from 4-hydroxybiphenyl, 4-hydroxy-4'- cyanobiphenyl, 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid and 4-hydroxyphenylboronic acid were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of each synthesis process were discussed. Meanwhile the application status of 4'-hydroxy-4-biphenylcarboxylic acid in organic luminescent materials, liquid crystal materials and their intermediates, farnesoid X receptor antagonists were summarized. At the same time, the future application was prospected.
