基于苯并二噻吩的核小分子受體材料合成及其光伏性能研究 |

摘 要:以苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b']二噻吩-4,8-二酮和3-(2-癸基十四烷基)噻吩為原料,通過(guò)數步反應高效合成了三種目標小分子受體BDT-2H、BDT-2F和BDT-2Cl。三種小分子受體具有依次紅移的吸收光譜,光學(xué)帶隙分別為1.72、1.70、1.65 eV,HOMO和LUMO能級也呈現出依次降低的趨勢。因此,三種小分子受體分別與聚合物給體PBDB-T共混制備的有機太陽(yáng)能電池具有依次降低的開(kāi)路電壓(0.99、0.88、0.80 V)和逐步提高的短路電流(6.74、11.63、15.63 mA·cm-2),能量轉換效率分別為2.82%、5.64%和7.17%。 |

Synthesis and Photovoltaic Properties of Small-molecule Acceptors Based on Benzodithiophene Core |

Abstract:Three small-molecule acceptors (SMAs) including BDT-2H,BDT-2F and BDT-2Cl were synthesized efficiently in several steps using benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b'] dithiophene-4,8-dione and 3-(2-decyltetradecyl) thiophene as the starting materials. From BDT-2H to BDT-2F and BDT-2Cl, the absorption spectra were red-shifted with the optical bandgaps of 1.72, 1.70 and 1.65 eV, respectively, and the HOMO and LUMO energy levels also decreased successively. Therefore, the organic solar cells using PBDB-T as the donor material and three SMAs as the acceptor materials exhibited lower open-circuit voltage (0.99, 0.88 and 0.80 V) and enhanced short-circuit current (6.74, 11.63 and 15.63 mA·cm-2) gradually, and the energy conversion efficiencies of 2.82%, 5.64% and 7.17% were achieved for these three cells, respectively. |
