溴百里酚藍標記分光光度法測定廢水中季胺鹽型表面活性劑 |

摘 要:基于溴百里酚藍在 pH7.5~ 8 5的磷酸鹽緩沖介質(zhì)中 ,與陽(yáng)離子表面活性劑發(fā)生離子締合反應 ,而使溴百里酚藍褪色這一現象 ,建立了分光光度測定陽(yáng)離子表面活性劑的新方法。該方法靈敏度高 ,選擇性好。最大測定波長(cháng)位于 6 15nm ,摩爾吸光系數為 2 1× 10 - 4L .mol- 1.cm- 1,表面活性劑的濃度在 0~ 2 0 0 μg/ 2 5ml范圍內 ,符合比爾定律。環(huán)境樣品中常見(jiàn)金屬離子均不干擾測定 ,直接應用于工業(yè)廢水中陽(yáng)離子表面活性劑含量的測定 ,獲得了滿(mǎn)意的結果。 |

Determination of Cationic Surface-active Agent by Marker Bro-mothymol Blue Spectrophotometric Methods |

Abstract:Based on the associated reactions of bromothymol blue with cationic surface- active agent when put in phosphate buffer solution of pH7.5~8.5 and fades, a new way for determination of cationic surfactant by Spectrophotometric methods was established. Great sensitivity and wide selectivity are featured.
