氣相色譜法測定勞拉替尼原料藥中有機溶劑的殘留量 |

| 摘 要：采用頂空氣相色譜法，建立了一種同時(shí)測定勞拉替尼原料藥中乙醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、三乙胺、1，4-二氧六環(huán)、甲苯和N，N-二甲基甲酰胺七種有機溶劑殘留量的方法。實(shí)驗結果表明二甲亞砜空白無(wú)干擾，七種待測有機殘留溶劑R值均大于10，方法分離度好，準確度和精密度高，適用于勞拉替尼原料藥工藝生產(chǎn)中七種有機溶劑殘留的同時(shí)測定。 |

| Determination of Residual Organic Solvent in Ibudilast Using Headspace Gas Chromatography |

| Abstract：A method for simultaneous determination of diethyl ether, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, triethylamine, 1,4-dioxane, toluene and N,N-dimetylformamide in the raw material of loratinib was established using headspace gas chromatography. The experimental data showed that the dimethyl sulfoxide blank has no interference, and the R values of the seven organic residual solvents in this method were all greater than 10. This method has good resolution, high accuracy and precision, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of seven residual organic solvents in loratinib. |
