加替沙星環(huán)合酯的波譜數據和結構確證 |

| 摘 要：通過(guò)UV、IR、HRMS、NMR（1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT135、1H-1H COSY、HMQC、HMBC、D2O）數據對合成加替沙星、巴洛沙星和莫西沙星的關(guān)鍵中間體加替沙星環(huán)進(jìn)行結構表征，并對其核磁共振波譜進(jìn)行了詳細的解析和歸屬。綜合運用多種譜學(xué)方法確證了其的結構，為其質(zhì)量研究提供參考。 |

| Abstract：Gatifloxacin macrolide is a key intermediate in the synthesis of Gatifloxacin, Balofloxacin and Moxifloxacin. In this paper, A variety of spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, HRMS, NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT135, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, D2O) were used to characterize the structure of Gatifloxacin macrolide, and data were analyzed in detail to provide a reference for its quality research. |
