1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑醇合成研究進(jìn)展及前景展望

摘 要:1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑醇是合成吡唑醚菌酯的關(guān)鍵中間體,其合成及生產(chǎn)制約著(zhù)我國吡唑醚菌酯的生產(chǎn)。綜述了1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑醇的合成路線(xiàn),對各路線(xiàn)進(jìn)行了評述,調研了目前產(chǎn)業(yè)化情況、下游吡唑醚菌酯生產(chǎn)及應用情況,并對1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑醇開(kāi)發(fā)應用前景進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract:1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypyrazole is an important intermediate of pyraclostrobin. The synthesis and production of 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypyrazole has been always restricted the production of pyraclostrobin. The synthesis routes and industry status were introduced in this paper. In addition, the development prospects of 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypyrazole were discussed.
