| 摘 要：以（Z）-2-甲氧亞氨基-2-（呋喃-2-基）乙酸銨為起始原料，經(jīng)�；磻�、縮合反應內酯化應合成得到頭孢呋辛鈉1個(gè)有關(guān)物質(zhì)（EP-H），并對其進(jìn)行了HPLC、LC-MS、NMR及紅外確證，為頭孢呋辛鈉雜質(zhì)獲取制備提供參考。 |

| Abstract：Related substance(EP-H) of cefuroxime sodium was introduced was synthesized from(Z)-2-methoxyimino-2-(furan-2-yl)-acetic acid-ammonia salt by acylation, condensation reaction and lactone reaction. It was confirmed by HPLC, LC-MS, NMR and IR. It provided a reference for the preparation of cefuroxime sodium impurities. |
