| Abstract：The quantitative analysis of 1,4-Dithiothreitol by HPLC on C 18 reversed phase column with UV-absorbance detector and mobile phase of methol + acetonitrile + water. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01～2.0 g/L, the standard deviation was 0.19, the coefficient of variation was 0.20% and the recovery was 97.8%～102.0%. |
