綠盲蝽性信息素誘芯的結構鑒定和定量分析 |

| 摘 要：通過(guò)氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法和氣相色譜法對綠盲蝽性信息素誘芯中有效成分進(jìn)行定性定量分析：與標準品的保留時(shí)間及特征碎片進(jìn)行比對，對有效成分進(jìn)行結構鑒定；建立了有效成分的定量分析方法：以十二烷為內標物，使用DB-17毛細管柱和氫火焰離子化檢測器，測定4-氧代-反-2-己烯醛和丁酸-反-2-己烯酯的含量。該分析方法的線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數分別為0.999 94和0.999 97，標準偏差均為0.02，變異系數分別為0.58%和0.37%，平均回收率分別為102.38%和101.03%。 |

| The Study of Identification and Quantitative Analysis on the Lure of Sex Pheromone Produced by Apolygus Lucorum |

| Abstract：Qualitative and quantitative analysis for the lure of sex pheromone produced by apolygus lucorum were conducted by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography: chemical constituents were identificated by comparing the relative time and the feature fragment of the reference substance; The GC method of quantitative analysis of active ingredients was established: (2E)-4-oxo-2-hexenal and (2E)-2-hexen-1-y1 butyrate was separated on DB-17 capillary column, using dodecane as internal standard, and detected by flame ionization detector. The results showed that the liner correlation coefficients of them were 0.999 94 and 0.999 97, the standard deviations were 0.02, the variation coefficients were 0.58% and 0.37%, the average recoveries were 102.38% and 101.03%. |
