注射用頭孢唑林鈉原料無(wú)菌檢查方法的研究 |

| 摘 要：對頭孢唑林鈉原料藥的無(wú)菌檢查方法進(jìn)行研究并確認。頭孢唑林鈉無(wú)菌原料藥10 g，用適量生理鹽水溶解稀釋至500 mL，取1組三聯(lián)集菌培養器分3筒過(guò)濾，每筒500 mL pH7.0氯化鈉-蛋白胨緩沖液沖洗，加不少于200萬(wàn)單位的頭孢菌素酶消除抑菌性來(lái)進(jìn)行無(wú)菌檢查。 |

| Abstract：In this paper, the sterility test method of cefazolin sodium was studied and confirmed. Conclusion: cefazolin sodium sterile raw material 10 g, dissolved and diluted to 500 mL with appropriate amount of normal saline, take a group of triple bacteria incubator and filter it in three cylinders, each cylinder is washed with 500 mL pH7.0 sodium chloride peptone buffer, and no less than 2 million units of cephalosporin enzyme is added to eliminate the bacteriostasis for sterility test. |
