| 摘 要：氮雜季碳手性中心結構存在于許多生物活性分子或藥物分子中，C3位含有氮原子的3，3'-二取代氧化吲哚結構更是許多具有生物活性的天然產(chǎn)物或藥物分子的核心骨架，以3-吡咯氧化吲哚作為親核試劑不對稱(chēng)合成結構多樣的3，3'-二取代氧化吲哚類(lèi)化合物是一種可行的構建含氮雜季碳手性中心化合物的方法。綜述了3-吡咯氧化吲哚通過(guò)分子內反應和分子間反應兩種形式參與構建3，3'-二取代氧化吲哚類(lèi)化合物的研究進(jìn)展，并對構建含氮雜季碳手性中心化合物進(jìn)行了展望。 |

| Research Progress of 3-Pyrrole Oxindole in the Asymmetric Construction of Chiral Quaternary Carbon Centers |

| Abstract：The aza-quaternary carbon chiral center structure exists in numerous pharmaceuticals and biologically active compounds. The 3,3'-disubstituted oxindole structure containing nitrogen at the C3 position has promising potential for the research and development of new biopharmaceutics. 3-Pyrrole oxindole used as the nucleophile for asymmetric synthesis of 3,3'-disubstituted oxindole compounds is a feasible method for constructing nitrogen-containing heteroquaternary carbon chiral center skeleton. This article mainly reviews the research progress of 3-pyrrole oxindole involved in the construction of 3,3'-disubstituted oxindole compounds through two forms of intramolecular reaction and intermolecular reaction, and the construction of a quaternary carbon chiral center featuring different heteroatoms was prospected. |
