吡噻菌胺及其代謝物在番茄中殘留分析方法研究 |

摘 要:采用QuEChERS前處理方法結合高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜(UPLC-MS/MS)多反應監測(MRM)模式測定吡噻菌胺及其代謝物1-甲基-3-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰胺(PMA)在番茄中的殘留量。樣品經(jīng)0.2%甲酸乙腈提取,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和無(wú)水硫酸鎂凈化,UPLC-MS/MS檢測。方法在0.000 1~0.6 mg/L范圍內有良好的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系,番茄中吡噻菌胺和1-甲基-3-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰胺(PMA)最低檢出量均為3×10-13 g,定量限為0.002 mg/kg。樣本中添加量為0.002、0.01、0.1、1.0、2.0 mg/kg時(shí)(n=5),平均回收率92.6%~104.8%,相對標準偏差1.3%~2.7%。 |

Analytic Method for the Residue of Penthiopyrad and Its Metabolite PMA in Tomata |

Abstract:The residues of Penthiopyrad and its metabolite PMA in tomato were investigated by QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)(MRM). Samples were prepared through extraction using solvent of 0.2% formic acid in acetonitrile, and purified by both PSA and MgSO4, were analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS. The linear range of the method was from 0.000 1 to 0.6 mg/L with a determination coefficient (R2) of more than 0.99. The limit of detection (LOD) for both Penthiopyrad and PMA was of 3×10-13 g, and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was of 0.002 mg/kg. At the four levels including 0.002, 0.01, 0.1, 1.0 and 2.0 mg·kg-1, the average recovery of the penthiopyrad and PMA was between 92.6% and 104.8%, the RSD were between 1.3% and 2.7%. |
