GC內標法測定固精麥斯哈片中丁香酚含量的研究 |

摘 要:采用氣相色譜內標法,以HP-INNOWAX毛細管柱(30 μm×530 μm×1.00 μm)為色譜柱,FID檢測器,等溫法(185 ℃),溶劑直接進(jìn)樣,建立了固精麥斯哈片中丁香酚含量的測定方法。結果表明:丁香酚在0.723 5~2.804 0 mg/mL范圍內線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好,R2=0.999 7(n=5),平均回收率 99.36%,RSD為0.69%(n=6),重復性實(shí)驗 RSD為0.51%(n=6)。所建立的方法空白溶劑無(wú)干擾、穩定性好、準確度高、適用性強、結果可靠且易于操作,適用于測定固精麥斯哈片中丁香酚含量的測定。 |

Determination of Eugenol in Gujing Maisiha Tablets by GC Internal Standard Method |

Abstract:A method for determination of eugenol content in Gujing Maisiha tablet was established using using Gas chromatography equipped with HP-INNOWAX capillary column (30 μm×530 μm×1.00 μm) and FID detector. Isothermal method (185 ℃), direct solvent injection, internal standard method were also selected in this analytical process. The results showed as followings: Eugenol had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.723 5~2.804 0 mg/mL, R2=0.999 7(n=5); the average recovery rate was 99.36%; RSD was 0.69%(n=6); RSD was 0.51% (n=6). This established method has advantages including no interference, good stability, high accuracy, strong durability, reliable results and easy operation. It is suitable for the determination of eugenol content in Gujing Maisiha tablets. |
