一步法制備2-氟苯甲醚 |

| 摘 要：以鄰二氟苯、甲醇鈉為原料，甲苯、四氫呋喃為溶劑，一步醚化法制備了2-氟苯甲醚，用1H NMR表征了該化合物結構�？疾炝瞬煌吓浔�、反應溫度和反應溶劑對目標產(chǎn)物收率的影響，在優(yōu)化條件下，目標產(chǎn)物的收率為84.8%。該路線(xiàn)操作簡(jiǎn)單，收率高，對環(huán)境友好，適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| Abstract：2-Fluoroanisole was synthesized from o-difluorobenzene and sodium methoxide by one-step etherification in toluene and tetrahydrofuran. The structure of the compound was characterized by 1H NMR. The effect of raw material ratio, reaction temperature and solvent on the yield of target product was investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of target product was of 84.8%. The process is simple, high yield, environment-friendly and suitable for industrial production. |
