Mn添加對CuO-ZnO/Al2O3催化劑及其催化加氫性能的影響 |

摘 要:采用共沉淀法進(jìn)行催化劑制備,考察了助劑Mn對CuO-ZnO/Al2O3催化劑晶粒及其在1,4-環(huán)己烷二甲酸二甲酯(DMCD)加氫制備1,4-環(huán)己烷二甲醇(CHDM)反應性能的影響,通過(guò)SEM、TEM、H2-TPR等手段對催化劑理化性質(zhì)進(jìn)行表征分析。結果表明,Mn的添加促進(jìn)了Cu物種的分散,使晶粒尺寸更加均一,提高了催化劑的活性和選擇性。采用Mn改性后的CuO-ZnO-MnOx/Al2O3催化劑,在入口溫度210 ℃、系統壓力5.0 MPa、空速0.2 h-1、氫/酯物質(zhì)的量比140的條件下,DMCD轉化率>99%,CHDM選擇性>97.2%,催化劑連續穩定運行1000 h。 |

Effect of Mn in CuO-ZnO/Al2O3 as Catalyst for Catalysis Hydrogenation Properties |

Abstract:The Cu-based catalyst for hydrogenation of DMCD was prepared by a co-precipitation method. The effect of Mn on the structure of CuO-ZnO/Al2O3 and catalytic performance was examined in the hydrogenation of DMCD. The catalysts were characterized by SEM, TEM and H2-TPR. The results showed that the addition of Mn in the catalyst improved the dispersion of Cu, and enforced the uniformation of average particle size of Cu. This modified catalyst possessed high activity and selectivity. In the hydrogenation of DMCD,the DMCD conversion and CHDM selectivity were more than 99% and 97.2%, respectively.The optional condition wereas followings: inlet temperature at 210 ℃, pressure of 5.0 MPa, liquid phase space velocity of 0.2 h-1, mole ratio of H2/ester at 140. Meanwhile, a stability test was carried for 1000 h. |
