工業(yè)副產(chǎn)鹽中有害酚的高效液相色譜分析 |

| 摘 要：采用HPLC建立了一種測定有害酚（苯酚［1］、2，6-二氯苯酚、2，4-二氯苯酚［2］、2，4，6-三氯苯酚［3］）的定量分析方法，用Wondasil C18為填充物的不銹鋼柱，以甲醇+乙腈+磷酸水溶液為流動(dòng)相，選擇225 nm為檢測波長(cháng)進(jìn)行檢測，結果表明本方法的有害酚的濃度和峰面積之間有良好的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系，滿(mǎn)足定量分析要求。該方法具有快速、簡(jiǎn)便、準確、重現性好等特點(diǎn)。 |

| HPLC Method for Phenols in Industrial By-product Salts |

| Abstract：A quantitative method for the harmful phenol (phenol, 2,6-dichloropheno, l,2,4-dichlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol) was established using HPLC equipped with a UV detector at a wavelength of 225 nm. The test sample was separated through a stainless steel column packed with C18 filler; and a mixture of methanol, acetonitrile and phosphoric acid solution was served as mobile phase. The validation results, linearity, precision and recovery, of four harmful phenols all met the requirement. This method is rapid, simple, accurate and reproducible. |
