肟菌酯原藥中1，2-二氯乙烷的氣相色譜測定 |

| 摘 要：采用氣相色譜法測定肟菌酯原藥中1，2-二氯乙烷含量。以二氯甲烷為溶劑，選用Agilent DB-FFAP毛細柱色譜管進(jìn)行分離，氫火焰離子化檢測器檢測、外標法定量。結果表明，方法的標準曲線(xiàn)線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0.997 1，標準偏差為5.08 mg／kg，變異系數為2.52%，平均回收率為95.5%，定量限為96 mg／kg。該方法簡(jiǎn)便快速，分離效果好，準確度高，重現性好，適用于肟菌酯原藥中1，2-二氯乙烷的定量測定。 |

| Determination of 1,2-Dichloroethane in Technical Trifloxystrobin by GC |

| Abstract：A GC-FID method was developed to determine the content of 1,2-dichloroethane in technical trifloxystrobin. In this method, the sample was dissolve in dichloromethane and separated by an Agilent DB-FFAP capillary column. A linear relation (r=0.997 1) and a satisfied precision results (SD=5.08 mg/kg, RSD=2.52%) along with an average recovery of 95.5% and the LOQ of 96 mg/kg were obtained. This method is suitable for the analysis of 1,2-dichloroethane in technical trifloxystrobin with high selectivity, accuracy and efficiency. |
