氯蟲(chóng)苯甲酰胺原藥中甲磺酸的離子色譜測定 |

摘 要:采用離子色譜法測定了氯蟲(chóng)苯甲酰胺原藥中甲磺酸的質(zhì)量分數。試樣用二氯甲烷溶解,純水萃取,以5 mmol/L氫氧化鉀溶液為淋洗液,選用IonPac AS11-HC陰離子色譜柱和電導檢測器,外標法定量分析。結果顯示,甲磺酸的色譜峰無(wú)其他峰干擾,方法在1.104 7~8.837 4 μg/mL濃度范圍內的標準曲線(xiàn)線(xiàn)性回歸系數為0.999 9,標準偏差為0.001 mg/kg,變異系數為0.82%,平均回收率為100.5%,定量限為0.005%。該方法可準確快速測定氯蟲(chóng)苯甲酰胺中的甲磺酸質(zhì)量分數。 |

Determination of Methanesulfonic Acid in Technical Chlorantraniliprole by Ion Chromatography |

Abstract:A method fordetermining methanesulfonic acid in chlorantraniliprole TC by IC was established. In a typical process, sample was dissolved in dichloromethane and followed by extraction using water. The analysis was conducted under conditions including 5 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution as eluent, IonPac AS11-HC column and electrical conductivity detector. Results indicated that the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 9 in a range from 1.104 7 μg/mL to 8.837 4 μg/mL; the SD is 0.001 mg/kg, RSD was 0.82%; average recovery was 100.5% and LOQ was 0.005%. This method is suitable for the analysis of methanesulfonic acid content in chlorantraniliprole. |
