聚合物納米粒子的研究進(jìn)展 |

| 摘 要：隨著(zhù)聚合物科學(xué)和納術(shù)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步， 聚合物納術(shù)拉子已經(jīng)有了巨大的發(fā)展。 近年未， 聚合物納術(shù)
拉子因其制備和設計簡(jiǎn)單、 生物相容性好、 結構多樣性而被廣泛應用于工程和生物材料中。 聚合物納術(shù)拉子具有更大的表面積， 可存在大量的表面官能團（如配體）。 這種納術(shù)拉子的毒性低，
尺寸大小可控。 綜述了聚合物納術(shù)拉子與其制備技術(shù)， 用于制備它們的聚合物以及一些具有新型的納術(shù)聚合物作為傳遞應用的載體， 并對未未的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望，
旨在為聚合物納術(shù)拉子的進(jìn)一步研究開(kāi)發(fā)提供借鑒與參考。 |

| Research Progress of Polymer Nanoparticles |

| Abstract：With the progress of polymer science and nanotechnology, polymer nanoparticles
have made great
progress. In recent years, polymer nanoparticles have been widely used as engineering and
biological materials because of their simple preparation and design, good biocompatibility and
structural diversity. Polymer nanoparticles have a larger surface area and can contain a large
number of surface functional groups such as ligand. The toxicity of these nanoparticles is low and
the size is controllable. Therefore, this paper reviewed polymer nanoparticles and their
preparation technology, the polymers used to prepare them, and some new nano polymers as transport
applications, and prospected the future development direction, in order to provide reference for
the further research and development of polymer nanoparticles. |
