N-節氧碳基甘氨酰-L-脯氨酸與 4-去甲基表鬼臼毒素的拼接合成及其抗腫瘤活性評價(jià) |

| 摘 要：以 4'-去甲基表鬼臼毒素和 N-爺氧疾基甘氨酰-L-脯氨酸為原樸， 通過(guò)酣化反應首次得到兩種不
同構型的拼接產(chǎn)物 （3a、 3b）， 其結構經(jīng) lH NMR、 13C NMR 和 ESI-MS 確認。 利用 MTT 法考察化合物 3a、
3b 對 HepG2、 THP-1、 Hela、 MCF-刁 細胞的抑制活性。 結果表明， 化合物 3a、 3b 對四種細胞都具有抑制作用， 以化合物 3b 對 THP-1 細胞的作用最突出，
其抑制強度是依托泊廿的 16.5 吾。

toxin

| Abstract：Two different conformations (3a and 3b) were synthesized from esterification reaction
between N - carbobenzoxyglycyl-L-proline and 4'-demethylepipodophyllotoxin, and their structures
were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI-MS. The inhibitory effects of compounds 3a and 3b on
HepG2, THP-1, Hela and MCF-7 cells were investigated by MTT assay. The results showed that both
compound 3a and 3b had inhibitory effects on four kinds of cells, while compound 3b had the most
obvious effect on THP-1 cells, and its inhibitory intensity was
16.5 times as strong as Etoposide.
