腰果酚聚氧乙烯醒的合成及泡沫性能研究 |

摘 要:以腰果酚為原料, 全屬鈉為催化劑進(jìn)行環(huán)氧乙炕加成反應, 合成了腰果酚聚氧乙烯酰。 考察了催
化劑種類(lèi)、 催化劑用量、 脫水溫度、 脫水時(shí)間、 反應溫度等因素對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量影響, 優(yōu)化反應條件為: n(腰果酚):n (環(huán)氧乙炕)=1:8, 全屬鈉用量為反應物總質(zhì)量的 0.08%,
110-115 °C脫水 60 min, 140-145 °C反應 4 h, 腰果酚聚氧乙烯酰中聚乙二醇含量為 0.35%。 產(chǎn)物中聚乙二醇含量減少, 起泡性降低, 泡沫穩定性下降。
用紅外光譜和核磁對反應產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征。

Synthesis and Foam Properies of Cardanol Polyoxyethylene Ether

Abstract:Cardanol polyoxyethylene ether was prepared using cardanol as initiator and sodium as
catalyst. Effects including catalyst, the dosage of catalyst, dewatering temperature, dewatering
time, reaction temperature were
investigated. The optimal conditions were as followings: n(cardanol):n(ethylene oxide)=1:8; the
dosage of sodium was
0.08% of total mass of the reactants; dewatering temperature was of 110-115 °C; dewatering time was
of 60 min at a temperature between 140 and 145 °C and a reaction time of 4 h. The polyethylene
glycol content of the products
reached 0.35%. The foam power and the foam stability decline with the polyethylene glycol content
of the products reduced. The products were characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR.
