碳納米管負載Fe2O3 催化劑在風(fēng)化煤制備硝基腐植酸中的應用 |

摘 要:風(fēng)化煤硝酸氧解制備硝基腐植酸(NHA) 中加入碳納米管負載 Fe2O3(CNT I Fe2O3) 催化劑以提高
NHA 收率。 考察了催化劑用量、 氧解溫度以及氧解時(shí)間 3 個(gè)因素對 NHA 收率的影響。 對催化劑加入前后氧解產(chǎn)物 NHA 的紅外分析、 收率、 波長(cháng) 465 nm 和 665 nm
處光密度比值(E4 I E6)測定以及元素分析進(jìn)行了對比, 結果表明: 催化劑明顯提高風(fēng)化煤氧解 NHA 收率, 對氧解產(chǎn)物 NHA 結構無(wú)明顯影響; 催化劑用量對 NHA 收率影響較大,
氧解溫度次之, 氧解時(shí)間最小, 優(yōu)化條件下, 即催化劑用量為 10%、 氧解溫度
120 屯以及氧解時(shí)間 0.8 h 時(shí), 收率達 55.0%。

Application of Carbon Nanotubes Supported Fe2O3 as Catalyst in the Preparation of Nitro-humic
Acid from Weathered Coal

Abstract:In the preparation of Nitro humic acid (NHA) from weathered coal by nitric acid
oxidation, the carbon nanotube supported Fe2O3(CNT/Fe2O3) was used as catalyst to improve the NHA
yield. The effects of catalyst dosage, temperature and reaction time on the yield of NHA were
investigated. Through the infrared analysis, the yield, the optical density ratio (E4/E6) at 465 nm
and 665 nm of the oxidation product NHA before and after adding catalyst, and the comparison of the
elemental analysis were obtained. The results showed that when the catalyst was added into the
oxidation process of weathered coal, the yield of NHA was increased obviously; and the structure of
NHA was not affected greatly; the amount of catalyst has a great effect on the yield of NHA; the
temperature of oxidation is next, and the time of oxidation was the smallest, the highest yield was
reached to 55.0% when the amount of catalyst was of 10% ; the reaction temperature was at 120 °C
and the reaction time was of 0.8 h.
