雙烯丙基聚氧乙烯醒的合成工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：以烯丙醇聚配、 烯丙基氯和氫氧化鈉為原樸， 通過(guò)分步加入烯丙基氯得到雙烯丙基聚氧乙烯配。
對雙烯丙基聚氧乙烯配的合成工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化， 考察了醇鹽化試劑、 反應物配比、 反應溫度、 反應時(shí)間等因素對反應的影響， 優(yōu)化條件下封端率為 98.3%， 丙烯基含量在 0.05%以下。
該合成工藝路線(xiàn)得到的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高、 成本低， 適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。

| Abstract：Diallyl polyoxyethylene ether was obtained from allyl alcohol polyether, allyl chloride
and sodium hydroxide by adding allyl chloride stepwise. The synthesis process conditions of diallyl
polyoxyethylene ether were optimized including alcoholization reagent, reactant ratio, reaction
temperature and reaction time. Under the optimized conditions, the sealing rate reached 98.3%, and
the content of propylene group was less than 0.05%. The product is of high quality and low cost,
which is suitable for industrial production.
