丙硫菌陛中間體阱的高效液相色譜分析 |

摘 要:建立一種高效液相色譜法則定以阱鹽酸鹽形式存在的阱的含量。 用乙睛和 0.2 mol l L 甲酸鏤水溶液 (pH=5.3) 為流動(dòng)相, 用 C18 為填充物的不銹鋼柱和紫外栓則器,
在 220 nm 波長(cháng)下對阱鹽酸鹽行分離和定量分析。 測得阱鹽酸鹽的保留時(shí)間為 6.4 min, 線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為 0.999, 標準偏差為 0.11, 變異系數為
0.12%, 平均回收率為 100.15%。 該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便, 快速穩定, 結果準確, 可滿(mǎn)足定量分析要求。

Determination of Prothioconazole Intermediate Hydrazine By HPLC

Abstract:A HPLC method for the determination of hydrazine existed in the form of hydrazine
hydrochloride was
established. Hydrazine hydrochloride was separated and analyzed on a C18 column and UV-absobance
detector at 220 nm, while the mixture solution of acetonitrile and 0.2 mol/L ammonium formate
aqueous solution (pH=5.3) was used as the mobile phase. The results showed that the retention time
of hydrazine hydrochloride was of 6.4 min; and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999; The
standard deviation was of 0.11; the variation coefficient was 0.12%, and average recovery was
100.15%. This method was simple, rapid, stable and easy to operate, which was suitable for
quantitative analysis.
