| 摘 要：超高效液相色譜串聯(lián)飛行時(shí)間質(zhì)譜（UPLC-TOF-MS/MS）檢測技術(shù)分析效率高、靈敏度高、重現
性好，可一次完成多種成分、復雜樣品的在線(xiàn)分析，具備高效、快捷等優(yōu)勢。綜述了近年來(lái)UPLC-TOF-
MS/MS分析檢測的研究進(jìn)展，重點(diǎn)介紹了其在原料藥、中藥材、中成藥、生物標志物、其它應用等5大方面的應用研究，報道了近期的研究成果，旨在為UPLC-TOF-MS/MS檢測方法的開(kāi)發(fā)與優(yōu)化提供借鑒意義。
