倍他米松磷酸鈉的合成 |

| 摘 要：以9/3,11/3-環(huán)氧-16/3-甲基孕甾-1,4-二烯-17a,21-二醇-3,20-二酮（DB11）為起始物料，經(jīng)氟化
酯化、成鹽得到倍他米松磷酸鈉，總收率79.9%。產(chǎn)品結構經(jīng)質(zhì)譜、氫譜確證。工藝原料廉價(jià)易得，成較低，適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。

| Abstract：Betamethasonesodium phosphatewaspreparedusing9/3,11/3-epoxy-16/3-methylpregna-1,4-diene
17a,21-diol-3,20-dione(DB11)as starting materialthrough a three-step process including fluorinatio
esterificationandsaltformationwithatotalyieldof79.9%.Therawmaterialsinthisprocessarecheapandeas
toobtain,andthecostislow,whichissuitableforindustrialproduction.Theproductstructurewasconfirmedb
MSand1HNMR.
