| 摘 要：酪氨酸屬于一種酚羥基芳香α-氨基酸，在生物體的新陳代謝、生長(cháng)、發(fā)育中均起著(zhù)關(guān)鍵作用。綜述了酪氨酸在醫藥與食品領(lǐng)域中的分析檢測研究進(jìn)展，重點(diǎn)介紹了氨基酸注射液、細胞培養液、人體血液、食品、動(dòng)物代謝物中酪氨酸分析檢測實(shí)例，并展望了其發(fā)展前景。 |

| Abstract：Tyrosine belongs to a phenolic hydroxyl aromatic α-aminoacid which plays a key role in the metabolism, growth and development of biological organisms. Recent advances in the analysis and detection of tyrosine in the field of medicine and food were reviewed. Focuses were on its novel analysis and detection examples including amino acid injection, cell culture medium, human blood, food and animal metabolites. The prospect of its development was prospected. |
