色譜法測定β-內酰胺類(lèi)抗生素中聚合物的研究進(jìn)展 |

| 摘 要：β-內酰胺類(lèi)抗生素是臨床中應用最廣泛的一類(lèi)抗菌藥物，在使用過(guò)程中由于聚合物而引發(fā)的過(guò)敏反應一直備受重視，控制聚合物的含量是降低過(guò)敏反應的根本途徑。色譜法是測定β-內酰胺類(lèi)抗生素中聚合物的主要方法，探討了高效凝膠色譜法、反相高效液相色譜法、液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用、二維高效液相色譜法、柱切換技術(shù)等分析方法，對β-內酰胺類(lèi)抗生素藥品質(zhì)量的保障具有重要意義。 |

| Research Progress in the Determination of Polymers in β-Lactam Antibiotics by Chromatography |

| Abstract：The β-lactam antibiotic is the most widely used antibacterial drugs in clinical. Allergic reactions caused by polymers in drugs have attracted a lot of attention. Controlling the content of polymers in the drugs is the fundamental way to reduce allergic reactions. Chromatography is a general method for the determination of polymers in β-lactam antibiotics. Analytical methods including HPSEC, RP-HPLC, LC-MS, 2D-HPLC, and column switching technology were discussed. It is significant for ensuring the quality of β-lactam antibiotic. |
