響應面法優(yōu)化超聲輔助提取紅花多酚工藝

摘 要:采用超聲波輔助法提取紅花中多酚類(lèi)物質(zhì),在單因素基礎上,選取對多酚收率影響較為顯著(zhù)的時(shí)間、溫度、溶劑體積分數3個(gè)因素為自變量,以紅花多酚為響應值,得到紅花多酚的提取工藝優(yōu)化條件。當提取時(shí)間35 min、提取溫度55 ℃、乙醇體積分數55%、功率500 W、液料比40∶1(mL/g)時(shí),紅花多酚收率(5.974±0.100) μg/g,與預測值誤差小于1.0%。

Optimization of the Ultrasound-assisted Extraction Process of Safflower Polyphenol by Response Surface Method

Abstract:Factors including extraction time, temperature and solvent volume fraction were selected as the independent variables while the content of polyphenol as the response value of safflower polyphenol. The results showed that: when the extraction time was of 35 min; the extraction temperature is 55 ℃; ethanol volume fraction was 55%; the power was 500 W; the liquid ratio was 40∶1(mL/g), the maximum rate of (5.974±0.100) μg/g safflower polyphenols was obtained with an error of less than 1.0%.
