電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜法測定生態(tài)磚中硅、鋁、鐵、鈦、鈣、鎂方法研究 |

摘 要:建立了電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜法測定生態(tài)磚中硅、鋁、鐵、鈦、鈣、鎂的方法。通過(guò)實(shí)驗確定了分析譜線(xiàn),方法檢出限低,線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數R2大于0.999 8。對實(shí)際生態(tài)磚樣品進(jìn)行重復5次測定,并做了加標回收實(shí)驗,相對標準偏差RSD為0.28%~2.89%,加標回收率為92.2%~105.8%。經(jīng)國家標準品驗證,測定值與標準值相符。該方法快速準確,能達到測定生態(tài)磚中硅、鋁、鐵、鈦、鈣、鎂的分析要求。 |

Determination of Si, Al, Fe, Ti, Ca, Mg in Ecological Brick Using ICP-AES |

Abstract:An ICP-AES method was established, which was able to determine Si, Al, Fe, Ti, Ca, Mg in ecological brick. The best spectral lines was confirmed via experimental tests. The results showed that the limits of detection were low and the correlation coefficient of calibration curve was over 0.999 8. The determination of actual ecological brick samples was repeated five times, which indicated that the relative standard deviation was 0.28%~2.89%, and the recovery was ranged from 92.2% to 105.8%. The result of estimated value by national standard material agreed with the recommended value. This method is fast with good accuracy, which can meet the requirements for determination of Si, Al, Fe, Ti, Ca, Mg in ecological brick. |
