摘 要:蘋(píng)果酸酯是一種應用活躍的有機合成中間體,具有芳香氣味、高反應活性,其在醫藥、食品、日化領(lǐng)域應用廣泛。開(kāi)發(fā)與研制新型蘋(píng)果酸酯類(lèi)化合物以獲得高反應活性、高附加值產(chǎn)品是促使該類(lèi)化合物應用的重要前提。介紹了蘋(píng)果酸酯的合成方法,重點(diǎn)綜述了近年來(lái)蘋(píng)果酸酯的應用研究,同時(shí)對其發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了展望。 |

Abstract:Malate is an active organic synthetic intermediate with aromatic smell and high reactivity. It is widely used in the fields of medicine, food and daily chemicals. The development of novel malate compounds with high reactivity and high added value is an important prerequisite for the application of these compounds. The synthesis methods and the application of malate in organic synthesis in recent years were also introduced while its development trend and research direction were prospected. |
