他達拉非晶型Ⅰ的制備 |

摘 要:以他達拉非粗品為原料,以乙腈/水(V∶V=9∶1)為精制溶劑,粗品加熱溶解后,經(jīng)熱濾,降溫析晶得到他達拉非成品。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)DSC及X射線(xiàn)粉末衍射確證為他達拉非晶型Ⅰ。方法溶劑使用量少,且精制母液可套用,成本低,適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

Abstract:Tadalafil crude product was heated and dissolved in acetonitrile/water (9∶1) completely, then filtered immediately. After cooling, the precipitated crystal was Tadalafil final product. This product was confirmed as Tadalafil I by DSC and X-ray powder diffraction. This recrystallization method has the advantages of less solvent, recycled mother liquor of crystallization and low cost. It is suitable for industrial production. |
