鹽酸普萘洛爾的合成

摘 要:以3-(1-萘氧基)-1,2-環(huán)氧丙烷和異丙胺為原料,合成了中間體普萘洛爾,經(jīng)氯化氫酸化得到鹽酸普萘洛爾?疾炝舜呋瘎┓N類(lèi)、反應物配比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間對中間體普萘洛爾收率的影響。優(yōu)化工藝條件為:n(3-(1-萘氧基)-1,2-環(huán)氧丙烷)∶n(異丙胺)=1.0∶1.2,催化劑為水,加入量為2 mL,反應溫度為50 ℃,反應時(shí)間為4 h。優(yōu)化條件下鹽酸普萘洛爾收率為83.2%。

Synthesis of Propranolol Hydrochloride

Abstract:Using 3-(1-naphthyloxy)-1,2-epoxypropane and isopropylamine as raw materials, the intermediate propranolol was synthesized and acidified with hydrogen chloride to obtain propranolol hydrochloride. The effects of catalyst type, raw material ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of the intermediate propranolol were investigated. The optimized process conditions are the followings: n[3-(1-naphthyloxy)-1,2-epoxypropane)]∶n(isopropylamine)=1.0∶1.2; the catalyst is water while the addition amount is 2 mL; the reaction temperature is 50 ℃; the reaction time is 4 h. Under optimal conditions, the yield of propranolol hydrochloride is 83.2%.
