復合CNTs的PSA超濾膜制備 |

摘 要:采用浸沒(méi)沉淀相轉化法制備復合CNTs的PSA超濾膜,以水通量和截留率為指標,優(yōu)化復合CNTs的PSA超濾膜的制備條件。實(shí)驗結果表明,在攪拌溫度70 ℃、CNTs添加量0.6%、PSA含量11%、PVP含量1%、攪拌時(shí)間8 h條件下,所制備的復合CNTs的PSA超濾膜水通量可達589.76 L/(m2·h),截留率88.2%,平均孔徑54.6 nm,孔隙率74.8%,通量恢復率達78.1%,拉伸強度可達3.97 N/mm2;與未添加CNTs的PSA超濾膜相比,復合CNTs的PSA超濾膜水通量提高262.11 L/(m2·h),截留率提高4.3%,孔隙率增加42.6%,通量恢復率提高11.9%。 |

Preparation of PSA Composited CNTs Ultrafiltration Membrane |

Abstract:PSA composited CNTs ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by immersion-precipitation phase conversion method. The preparation conditions of PSA composited CNTs ultrafiltration membrane were optimized with water flux and retention rate as indexes. The experimental results showed that under the conditions of stirring temperature 70 ℃, CNTs addition amount 0.6%, PSA content 11%, PVP content 1% and stirring time 8 h, the water flux of PSA composited CNTs ultrafiltration membrane could reach 589.76 L/(m2·h), the interception rate was 88.2%, the average pore diameter was 54.6 nm, the porosity was 74.8%, the flux recovery rate was 78.1% and tensile strength was 3.97 N/mm2; Compared with PSA ultrafiltration membrane without CNTs, the water flux of PSA composited CNTs ultrafiltration membrane increased by 262.11 L/(m2·h), the interception rate increased by 4.3%, the porosity increased by 42.6%, and the flux recovery rate increased by 11.9%. |
