高效液相色譜法定量分析工業(yè)廢水中正丁醇 |

| 摘 要：建立了定量測定工業(yè)廢水中正丁醇高效液相色譜法。以月旭Xtimate C-18色譜柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）分離，甲醇-水（V∶V=30∶70）為流動(dòng)相，流速1.0 mL/min，柱溫30 ℃，進(jìn)樣量10 μL，折光率視差檢測器檢測。結果表明，正丁醇質(zhì)量濃度在79.93~39 965 mg/L范圍內與峰面積線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好（R2=0.999 1，n=7），檢測限和定量限分別為24.9 mg/L和49.9 mg/L，精密度實(shí)驗相對標準偏差為3.84%，回收率在90%以上。該方法樣品前處理簡(jiǎn)單，分析過(guò)程快捷，結果準確，重復性好，可用于工業(yè)廢水中正丁醇含量測定。 |

| Determination of n-Butanol in Industrial Wastewater by HPLC |

| Abstract：A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of n-butanol in industrial wastewater was established. In this method, the chromatography column was Welch Xtimate C-18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was methanol-water (V∶V=30∶70); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the column temperature was 30 ℃; the injection volume was 10 μL; and the detector was refractive index parallax detector. The results showed that the linear range of n-butanol was 79.93~39 965 mg/L (R2=0.999 1, n=7)．The limit of detection and limit of quantitation of n-butanol were 24.9 mg/L and 49.9 mg/L, respectively. The RSD was 3.84% and the recovery rate was above 90%. This method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, fast analysis process, accurate analysis result and fgood repetition, and can be used for the determination of n-butanol content in industrial wastewater. |
