離子色譜法定量測定替硝唑原料藥中亞硝酸鹽 |

摘 要:用離子色譜法測定替硝唑原料藥中亞硝酸根的含量。色譜柱為Dionex IonpacTMAS18陰離子色譜柱(4 mm×250 mm),淋洗液為5 mmol/L氫氧化鉀溶液,采用電導檢測器。亞硝酸根濃度在0.014~0.443 μg/mL范圍內呈良好的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系,平均回收率為101.10%。方法簡(jiǎn)便、準確、快速,適用于替硝唑原料藥中亞硝酸根的含量測定。 |

Determination of Nitrite in Tinidazole by Ion Chromatography |

Abstract:To determine the content of nitrite in Tinidazole by ion chromatograph, Dionex IonpacTMAS18 Anion Column (4 mm×250 mm) was used using KOH solution (5 mmol/L) as eluent and the conductance detector. Experimental data showed that a good linearity was obtained at a nitrite concentration range of 0.014~0.443 μg/mL; and an average recovery of 101.1% was obtained. This method is accurate and fast, which can be used for the determination of nitrite in Tinidazole. |
