| 摘 要：以氨基硫脲和甲酸為原料經(jīng)一步法縮合環(huán)化合成了 2 氨基 1,3,4 噻二唑 ,再經(jīng)溴化、胺化制得目標產(chǎn)物 ,產(chǎn)品總收率 6 0 %。研究了反應的影響因素 ,評估和優(yōu)化了工藝參數 ;此法原料易得 ,便于生產(chǎn)。 |

| Abstract：amino-1 , 3, 4-thiadiazole was synthesized using aminothiourea and formic acid as raw materials through cyclocondensation, bromation and animation. The factors influencing the reactions were investigated. The overall yield was 60% , the purity of the product was over 99% . The optimum condition of synthesis was established. |
