2-乙氧基-3-芳基環(huán)磷酰胺酯類(lèi)化合物的合成與生物活性 |

| 摘 要：利用2-（芳氨基甲基）苯酚和乙氧基磷酰二氯在三乙胺的作用下合成了一系列2-乙氧基-3-芳基環(huán)磷酰胺酯類(lèi)化合物。對所合成化合物的殺蟲(chóng)活性和殺菌活性進(jìn)行了測試，部分化合物表現出良好的殺蟲(chóng)活性，殺粘蟲(chóng)的活性達100.0%；部分化合物也表現出較好的殺菌活性，對菌核病菌的抑制活性最好，抑制率達87.9%。 |

| Synthesis and Bioactivity of 2-Ethyloxy-3-arylcyclophosphoramidates |

| Abstract：A series of 2-ethyloxy-3-arylcyclophosphoramidates were synthesized from 2-(arylaminomethyl)phenol and ethyloxyphosphorodichloridate in the presence of triethylamine. The insecticidal activity and fungicidal activity of these obtained compounds were evaluated. Some of the tested compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal activity as shown by 100.0% activity against Mythimna sepatara, and some compounds also demonstrated relatively good fungicidal activity as shown by 87.9% activity against Sclerotonia sclerotiorum. |
