納米SiO2表面改性及其分散性研究 |

摘 要:以氣相法納米SiO2為研究對象,通過(guò)表面改性方式增加納米SiO2在溶劑體系中的分散性,研究了改性劑種類(lèi)、改性劑質(zhì)量分數、溫度、時(shí)間和pH對納米SiO2分散性的影響,結果表明:硅烷偶聯(lián)劑對納米粒子分散性影響較大,在酸性條件下,納米粒子改性比較合適,改性溫度為60 ℃,改性劑質(zhì)量分數為0.5%,改性時(shí)間為60 min時(shí),獲得的納米SiO2粒子分散性較好。 |

Surface Modification and Dispersion of Nano SiO2 |

Abstract:Nano SiO2 was taken as the research object to increase the dispersion of Nano SiO2 in the solvent system by surface modification. The effects of modifier type, concentration of modifier, temperature, time and pH on the dispersion of Nano SiO2 in the solvent system were studied. The results showed that silane coupling agent had a great influence on the dispersion of Nano SiO2, and the modification of Nano SiO2 was more appropriate under acidic conditions. When the modification temperature was 60 ℃, the modifier concentration was 0.5%, and the modification time was 60 min, the Nano SiO2 particles had good dispersion. |
