聚偏氟乙烯超濾膜的制備及工藝優(yōu)化

摘 要:采用浸沒(méi)沉淀相轉化法制備非對稱(chēng)聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超濾膜,以純水通量和截留率為指標,優(yōu)化了PVDF超濾膜制備條件。實(shí)驗結果表明,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)為致孔劑,攪拌溫度60 ℃,攪拌時(shí)間8 h,基底PVDF質(zhì)量分數10%,PVP質(zhì)量分數1.0%,優(yōu)化條件下PVDF超濾膜水通量為224.11 L/(m2·h),截留率為75%;孔隙致密、均勻,平均孔隙率為68.5%,平均抗拉強度為6.00 N/mm2。所獲得的PVDF超濾膜性能優(yōu)良,有望用于制藥行業(yè)中去除大分子物質(zhì)。

Preparation and Process Optimization of Polyvinylidene Fluoride Ultrafiltration Membrane

Abstract:Asymmetric polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration (PVDF) membrane was prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion method. With pure water flux and interception rate as indexes, the preparation conditions of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane were optimized. The results showed that using PVP as pore-forming agent, stirring temperature was 60 ℃; stirring time was 8 h; the mass fraction of PVDF on the substrate was 10%; and the mass fraction of PVP was 1.0%. The water flux of this obtained PVDF ultrafiltration membrane was 224.11 L/(m2·h) and the rejection rate was 75%; the porosity was compact and uniform; the average porosity was 68.5%; and the average tensile strength was 6.00 N/mm2. This PVDF ultrafiltration membrane has excellent performance and is expected to be used in the pharmaceutical industry to remove macromolecular substances.
